Our chickens start out at in the brooder box with heat lamp. When they are old enough to take the outside weather, they are raised in our chicken tractor. (The chicken tractor provides them protection from elements, but most importantly from the hawks, coyote, fox, and owls that also would like to enjoy them.) Here they are moved each day to new fresh grass. They graze grass and are fed our Non GMO corn and protein, organic vitamin/mineral mix until they reach market weight.

The chickens are raised from late spring to early fall.
